The Beaver

The beaver (genus Castor) is a primarily nocturnal, large, semi-aquatic rodent. Beavers are known for their natural trait of building dams on rivers and streams, and building their homes (known as "lodges") in the resulting pond. Beavers also build canals to float build materials that are difficult to haul over land.

They are known for their "wildness", kindness, intelligence, "sense of humour" and sexyness and are just the most BEAUTIFUL CREATURES once they let you know them and love them ;)

Was asked to do a portrait for my friend Tom from The Boys Done Good www.theboysdonegood.com to be put on a cocktail menu he created.

He was pleased with the result...and so was I but most importantly so was his mum! ;)

Vector Graphics attempt

I decided to teach myself how to use illustrator today and make my first vector drawing...

perhaps a few more tutorials ;)

SpringSpiration

So I did actually feel inspired today...
Sun shining
Flowers blooming
Sea glistening under the golden rays
Waves running along with the soft wind

All to my favour except my health
so I attempted to finish my painting, made a mess and then was inspired to make The mess into a collage...which is not quite right yet...but I've made this little post as more of a work in progress to the end amazing result when health strikes back...I hope :)

So this was the original attempt...but I made a mess of the girl on the left, but I liked the girl on the right so...

not quite there yet...
